No, you do not need a referral to visit Omega Wellness Centre, however, you may receive one from a GP prior to engaging with our services. If you do not wish to take this step, you can always contact our wellness centre directly to organise your initial consultation. Additionally, if you are receiving your treatment from a specialised psychiatrist, GP, private psychologist, or other practitioner, you can discuss your plan to attend Omega Wellness Centre with them to make sure all of your health practitioners can work together to provide the best level of care.

Group therapy is an evidence-based psychological practice where more than one individual undergoes therapeutic treatment in a group. Where appropriate, our programs incorporate group therapy to help provide you with connection and support from a group of people who are going through similar challenges, experiences, and mental health journeys.

The length of your treatment is determined by what program you undertake, as well as your own individual needs. Short, intensive programs are delivered over a 5-day period, while longer programs may take several weeks or months depending on the purpose and outcome of the program, your availability, progress, and other contributing factors.

Some of our services offer flexibility which may include telehealth appointments, telehealth group programs, and telehealth ADHD coaching. Get in touch to discuss more.

Our programs are designed with input from our multidisciplinary team, and help educate you on the connection between the physical and mental elements of health. Your program may include group sessions with a variety of specialty health practitioners who work with one another to help you along your journey. Plus, if you are seeking treatment from one or more of our specialists before, during, or after our programs, you can be assured that your health and wellbeing are in the hands of a coordinated, communicative healthcare team.

We recommend you attend your sessions dressed in clothing that is casual and comfortable. During your sessions, you will be provided with food, refreshments, and any resources you will need. Above all, we ask that you arrive with an open mind and willingness to participate in our programs and work towards your desired outcomes.

Fees are dependent on the type and duration of your program. Following the assessment and a review of your specific circumstances and individual goals, you will be provided with detailed fee information in line with our commitment to complying with the principles of informed financial consent and transparency.

We offer convenient, complimentary 2-hour parking in the “Specialist Suites Parking” area, directly across from our building entry on the corner of Wellness Way and Health Care Drive.
