Our Coaches

Bec Thompson

ADHD Coach

In my role as an ADHD life coach, I draw on my own experiences as a Mother who raised children with ADHD/ASD and my eventual diagnosis of ADHD. I can "speak" ADHD fluently thanks to my own experiences and accreditation as an ADHD Coach. Frequently you are left to try to unravel a lifetime of unhelpful behaviours on your own and have so many unanswered questions. Coaching, educating, and guiding my clients to a point where they may flourish rather than merely survive, is my life's passion. I have lived experience with, but not limited to the fear and sense of the unknown when my then 7-year-old son was diagnosed with ADHD, overwhelmed when my two other children received their ADHD and ADHD/ASD diagnoses in their teens and my own late diagnosis at the age of 48. I believe every single person with ADHD has the potential to succeed given the right tools, strategies, and systems.

Faye Lawrence

ADHD, Anxiety and Addictions Coach

I never thought I’d be where I am today after experiencing a lifetime of problem drinking, debilitating anxiety, trauma and self-sabotage.

I understand all too well the self-blame, frustration and shame that comes with repeating the same patterns over and again, but not understanding why - or how to free yourself.

All while others made it look easy. I was stuck in this place for decades and I felt powerless to change things. But I wasn’t - and nor are you.

I’ve now been alcohol-free since 2017 and have also learnt to thrive with a late diagnosis of ADHD (2022).

I’m the founder of Untoxicated, Australia’s largest alcohol-free social community and an advocate for reducing stigma and shame with both alcohol and neurodiversity.

With degrees in psychology + counselling, coach training in Grey Area Drinking + ADHD, I’m trauma-informed (both academically + having lived it) and have a lot of tools and knowledge to help!
