Our Coaches

Bec Thompson

ADHD Coach

In my role as an ADHD life coach, I draw on my own experiences as a Mother who raised children with ADHD/ASD and my eventual diagnosis of ADHD. I can "speak" ADHD fluently thanks to my own experiences and accreditation as an ADHD Coach. Frequently you are left to try to unravel a lifetime of unhelpful behaviours on your own and have so many unanswered questions. Coaching, educating, and guiding my clients to a point where they may flourish rather than merely survive, is my life's passion. I have lived experience with, but not limited to the fear and sense of the unknown when my then 7-year-old son was diagnosed with ADHD, overwhelmed when my two other children received their ADHD and ADHD/ASD diagnoses in their teens and my own late diagnosis at the age of 48. I believe every single person with ADHD has the potential to succeed given the right tools, strategies, and systems.

Faye Lawrence

ADHD, Anxiety and Addictions Coach

With personal experience and professional expertise in ADHD, anxiety, and addiction, I bring a unique and empathetic perspective to my coaching. My journey to becoming alcohol-free in 2017, coupled with a late ADHD diagnosis at 48, and managing lifelong anxiety, has deeply informed my approach.

I hold a psychology degree, I am completing a Master in Counselling, and have specialised coach training in Grey Area Drinking and ADHD (ADDCA). My approach is trauma-informed, drawing from both academic knowledge and lived experience.

As a passionate advocate for reducing stigma around addiction and neurodiversity, I serve as a Board Member of SMART Recovery Australia and am a member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association. I also founded Untoxicated, Australia's largest alcohol-free social community, and have featured widely across media including TEDx, 730 Report, Business Insider, Prevention Magazine and ABC News.

My coaching style is down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. I utilise psychology, neuroscience, counselling, and body-based science to create tailored, integrative solutions for my clients. Equipped with a wide array of tools and knowledge, I look forward to supporting you to thrive!
