Our group therapy programs are structured programs, facilitated by experienced mental health clinicians (psychologists, social workers, and
nurses). The focus of group programs is to provide education, as well as teach practical coping skills. Group therapy does not involve
sharing deep personal information, but is instead an opportunity to meet people with similar experiences and concerns, and to learn hands-on
skills to improve your mental health.
